Setting up Sunny Reviews is fast, simple, and can usually be completed in about 20 minutes. In some cases, depending on your integrations, customer database size, or unique circumstances, setup may take slightly longer — typically 30 to 45 minutes. During onboarding, you’ll connect your Google Business Profile, link your CRM if applicable, upload your branding and review request templates, and choose your messaging preferences. We’ve designed the process to be intuitive so that even businesses with no prior experience can be fully operational in under an hour.

Yes — currently an onboarding call is required. We are working on integrating a self-service option in the future to allow businesses to get started on their own if they prefer.

After your free trial ends, billing starts 5 days later and then recurs monthly.

Nope! Sunny Reviews is super flexible — no long-term contracts. Stay as long as you like, cancel anytime, and we make it easy to get started.

We suggest sending one initial review request after a service, followed by up to two gentle reminders. You can adjust this in your dashboard anytime. We only reach out during review reactivation campaigns or right after a service. For new customers, we follow the same process. We don’t bother all your customers every week or month.

If a customer leaves a new review while using Sunny Reviews, we’ll know exactly who submitted it. However, we won’t have visibility into reviews left before you started with us. You can contact our support team, and we can manually remove customers who may have already reviewed. That said, Google currently prioritizes fresh, updated reviews, so encouraging past customers to update their feedback can be very valuable. Once a customer has submitted a review through our system, we won’t send them any further requests.

We cannot block or filter reviews — doing so would violate Google’s policies.

If you serve the same customers regularly, sending review requests every week would quickly become annoying. That’s why we have a 30-day cool-down period. For example, if we request a review from Sally and she doesn’t respond, we won’t message her again for 30 days. After that period, if she’s still an active customer and hasn’t left a review, she will be prompted again following her next service.
